The pattern in them

## What customers mention most often
Read across all of them and the same three things come up.

### Tidiness
Neat work and the area left clean, including one customer who'd been told by other electricians that her wall would have to be damaged, and it wasn't.

### Turning up
Quotes within a day, a late Sunday callout answered, and a job quoted on very short notice after another electrician let the customer down.

### Communication
“Great communicators”, and co-ordinating with the other trades on site to pull a renovation together.

Most of those reviews came from rewires, fuse board upgrades and fault finding. See what that work involves.
