## What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed to make the site work, others remember choices or help us understand how the site is used. Under UK law we only set non-essential cookies once you agree to them.

## Cookies we use

- Strictly necessary. Keep the site secure and remember your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every page. These are always set, because the site cannot work without them, and they need no consent.
- Enquiry form and live chat. Our enquiry form and chat bubble are provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. When you use them, they set cookies so the form and conversation work correctly and so we can match your enquiry to the reply we send you.
- Reviews widget. The review panel on our reviews page loads from Reputation Hub, which may set cookies to display the reviews. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not sell any information collected through this site.

## Managing cookies
You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Security. Blocking cookies may stop the enquiry form or chat from working.
